Victim Feminism: An Injustice System

We’ve got a kid down the street, a 17 year old boy, who seems to think that letting air out of tires, stealing license plates and petrol is a good way to show off for the younger kids. He can’t seem to manage friends his own age.
The boy’s been without his father since he was 13. His mother told him the reason his parents broke up is he fights with his older sisters. The story is too common and too sad.

A couple of the neighbours, who’ve been the targets of some of his stunts, are trying to get him into a church program that will take him away for 6 months on a farm and teach him to handle horses.
The problem is, it means being away from his mother for that time, and no one knows if she’ll go along with it.
Very simply, the boy needs a father.

The message isn’t getting out If the message will ever get out about what families and men are going through, we are going to have to pay attention to those who already have a national audience and are telling the story.
One of these people, -- whatever individually you may or may not think of his positions on other issues-- , is Andrew Bolt the columnist for the Herald Sun.

For example, in 'Lift a few Rocks' from 9 Jun 2006, Bolt talks about the fact that many of the criminal monsters in jail didn't have fathers or had violently abusive fathers.

MAYBE people such as Damien Paul Ripper are just born bad, and the rest of us can keep on partying.

First, Ripper. It turns out he never met his own father until he was 16, and that his stepfather thrashed him -- although his sister says this last is a lie.

He left school early and fast got a police record both long and violent, with convictions for assault with a weapon, making threats to kill and causing serious injury. "It shows a huge lack of control on your part," observed the judge mildly.

This chaos of a family history is now being passed on to another generation. In his early 20s, Ripper had a brief affair with a 16-year-old girl, who gave birth to his son.

Bolt points out that most of the abusive fathers were actually step-fathers.

Lift another rock. We hear the main killer, John Bunting, say he was abused as a child.

He later got married before moving in with another woman, who had six children by several men.

His accomplice, Robert Wagner, was also abused as a child, and left to drift through school without ever learning to read or write. At 14 he was taken off the streets by a pedophile.

Helping them was James Vlassakis, who'd been abused by his late father and raped by his half-brother, before taking to heroin.

Anyone who understands the importance of fathers in a child’s life will recognize the significance of these roles. And the correlations between the numbers of "criminal monsters" and the instances of cruel stepfathers and non-existent fathers.
These are key issues in the Family Rights and Fathers' Rights movements.

In today's Herald Sun, p 21, "The Judicial Puppeteer" by Andrew Bolt:

The new Chief Justice, for instance, is Marylin Warren who argues that women are innately good judges because, apparently unlike men, they "identify an issue quickly, focus on it and persuade rather than dictate". These angels "provide perspective" and "search out the resolutions", bringing "typically feminine characteristics to the law: energy, patience, humour and insight".

If you’ve read Naomi Wolf's comments on Victim Feminism cited you’ll quickly recognize the self-serving propaganda in those words: Ms Wolf uses the same words to condemn the rationales that support Victim Feminism. They are the soft-sell for Victim Feminism.

Clinically, both men and women have equal intelligence, personality strengths and weaknesses, and all the traits Ms Warren attributes only to women. Statements like Ms Warren's demonize men without even mentioning them: that's called a soft sell. It is adolescent, if not childish, brainwashing propaganda.

Bolt further reports that Hulls' inquiry into Professional Development for judges is intended to take the form of a Judicial University, where judges will be schooled in Hulls' unique perspectives on the prosecution of law; that Hulls seeks to indoctrinate judges (and conceivably other workers in the legal field) to the priorities he has been unable to force into law.

Hulls is setting up an activist court system from top to bottom, largely against men and families. These judges will not find out that women are as likely to be violent in relationships as men; they will be schooled only in the disinformation of the Victim Feminist school of Radical Feminism.

This sort of thing is commonly considered illegal in democratic countries which purport to equal protection under the law. It is discriminatory. It is blatant prejudice, schooled into the legal system from top to bottom. Hulls intends to institute and propagate the war on families and fathers, and against men, by funding disinformation and hate-mongering, and making it into required, on-going indoctrination for judges.

An Injustice System

Mr Hulls is actively constructing and injustice system. A system so paranoid, incestuous and full of itself that it believes and fears the standardized, immutable text of the Intervention Order forms rather than the facts of the cases before it.

The rationale that has long since become irrational is to “err on the side of caution.”

As someone who has faced magistrates, police and police prosecutors in this system already, I can tell you that at no time did anyone seek to hear my side of the story. -- I've seen for myself how such a PC Victim Feminist court functions. --

And in the court, only made the pretence of letting me give evidence, while badgering me off the stand and away from my questioning. There was a blatant and obvious collusion between the magistrate and the barristers – from both sides! – to seek a politically correct judgment. I learned in the Australian courts the frustrations Blacks in the American South felt. I was a victim of blatant prejudice.

Has he gone too far? That's a good question. Only the public outrage raised by those of us who have seen the facts will tell.
