Various media outlets have lists of 'experts'

It has been called illegal to film judges and politicians cars at brothels; and there is a law against any information which would identify any parties to a Family Court proceeding.
Why are these websites given press exposure? They are at best vindictive opinion, which serve more to ridicule the women who post there than anything else.

If they expose and identify men who are involved in Family Court, can the women be charged and jailed for a year under in infamous 120 law?

s 120 (1AA) A reference in this Act to a person or people involved in proceedings is a reference to:

(a) any of the parties to the proceedings; and

(b) any child whose interests are considered in, or affected by, the proceedings; and

(c) any person whose conduct is having an effect on the proceedings.

It might be worth checking into. These sites may be endangering children and the protected process of the Family Law courts.

Re: "Various media outlets have lists of 'experts' for various issues"

I wish it was that simple! The key knowledge that journalists have is a big fat list of contacts -- reliable contacts who can deliver them 'credible' stories on a topic.

The word 'credible' is the crucial one. All of the journalists that write about family law, society, culture etc. -- are all women, and most of them middle aged lesbians.
It is rather difficult to get to them onside to say the least.
That is why Simon Hunt's strategy of writing to rural and regional publications is a great idea. Many journalists start in these publications and if they do well, get to move back to the metropolitan media outlets.

Again and again I see that young women (even journalists) agree with us. It is the baby-boomer feminasties that are the problem and they are at the peak of their careers and the peak of their power.
The good news is that their "sisterhood" has few up-and-coming young guns. That is why we will win.

But how many lives will be destroyed until then? Every day several men suicide in Australia... Every day counts!

Journalists like to have their token 'male perspective"-- just like American films always have their token black.
They have decided to use Barry Williams of the great group the "Lone Fathers Association" He has been at this for 30-odd-years. He has a certain reputation around Canberra and is universally regarded as a good bloke!
He speaks from the heart, which is great! -- but sometimes not from the head.
And I suspect that some of the lesbian journalists are quite happy to use him as the spokesman for all men's groups, because he isn't too offensive and they can twist his words too easily!

Sadly, the 'social affairs' journalists are amongst the most nasty of the feminasties!

A big help is developing a reputation as being a reliable provider. If you have opinions on your 'area of interest', have "credibility", and develop a history of doing all the work for them, they will be more likely to call you.

If you present them with quotes, case studies, photographs and etc. -- and do that consistently, you can build up a reputation.

Since Fathers4Equality presented at the Senate and had a great influence on the politicians. I put together a package of 'success stories' to go with our press releases...
People like Jamie Witt in Adelaide; Paul S and myself in Sydney.
It meant that I got a phone call from a journalist for the CSA (15% of recipients are blokes) story.

Interested?
Then join the Media4Equality action team once we finally get the "Action Team" structure organised (in the next couple of weeks) !

Family Law betrays that love"

Please feel free to re-publish anything in this email.
Attributing it to Fathers4Equality or myself would be appreciated :-)

In response to:

Subject: [fathers4equality] Women name and shame their Exes (Bob Montgomery of
APS gets a mention)

It would appear that various media outlets have lists of 'experts' for various issues.

And it would also appear that the APS and Bob Montgomery are currently one such source of 'expertise' for relationships, marriage and family.

As is the father-hater Michael Flood, who has the added portfolios of men, manhood, 'masculinities', fathers, fathering and fatherhood.

Perhaps Fact Sheets should be prepared and distributed to media outlets altering them to known biases and conflicts of interests of such individuals and groups. (A conflict of interest exists in them giving what is presented as impartial advice and views when they are known to have very misandrous and anti-father 'values' and views.)

Note that both Montgomery and Flood support the misandrous White Ribbon day, etc.

  • Well said Rob...
Margaret we might not all know one another face to face but we all share common theme our love for our children and the want to strive for a fairer system.

We do care what happens to each and every one of the people who take the time to be a part of F4E.
Each and every person who posts here is a part of my life (somewhat) we read each others posts, offer advice share stories, tears (and yes one poor person in particular from this thread cops all my strange, weird, teary and sometimes angry moods) yet he still offers me all the friendship a person who i know first hand would.

The rest of your post sounds fantastic Margaret, you have found a way to keep your dream anfd that in itself can be a challenge. your line well my situation although I doubt anyone even cares anymore....granted was prob just a 'throw away' line so to speak but believe one thing WE CARE.
